Work is well underway on the second phase at this grade II listed property in York to convert it from a mansion to mews style homes and luxury apartments. We are currently insulating the roofs which is extremely important in a building that is almost 200 years old as it will help protect those spectacular original features from the elements. Furthermore, it will maintain the heat and therefore reduce the carbon footprint
